 Here at Smarts-R-us we service and repair all types of Smart cars.

Car models vary as to the time and mileage intervals for vehicle servicing.
If you have a service handbook, details of the service schedule will be in this. Hopefully, the service history will have been kept up-to-date.

However, there are two points for you to consider:

1: As a car gets older, invariably more maintenance will be required. Often the recommended service intervals may have been appropriate for the car in its early years, but eventually, as the mileage has increased, long service intervals can mean that potential problems are not recognised.

2: The amount of mileage you do in a year may vary greatly from the recommended service mileage interval.

Another block sits on the bench in our engine room awaiting a rebuild. We build on average 3 to 4 big bore engines a week.
All are fitted with Roadster camshafts for extra performance with reliability. We also have tyre fitting facilities on site
This means that come MOT time you don't have a needless trip to a tyre centre if you tyres are past their best

Our low servicing prices are now legendary. Not only do we undercut main dealer prices by an avearge of 30% but we also use Wurth engine flush and Wurth injection cleaner on every service
which is something that the franchised dealers no longer do.

Air Conditioning servicing

To keep your air conditioning in tip top condition you should use it all year round.
It can cool you down in the Summer and in the Winter it will dry out your steamed up windows if used in conjunction with the heater
Using it regularly will also keep the compressor functioning thus avoiding an expensive bill if it seizes up

Recent changes to European Law (block exemption) in 2003. Now gives you the right to take your car where you choose for servicing, so long as original equipment parts are used and serviced in accordance with manufactures schedules.
